Rain Rain Go Away....And Stay Away!

I live in a small town above Memphis called Millington. Over the weekend we had severe weather that left the city reeling. Not only did we constantly have Tornado warnings and watches, we also are experiencing severe flooding. I have never seen anything like it, except when I see stories about flooding on CNN. It never occured to me that could happen here. There are sections of the city that will take weeks to get rid of all of the water. Families and their homes have been greatly affected.
